| Our Kitchen is founded mainly in the making use of raws material ( number one selectioned frish ). The fish's subject is very important i have to know the origin of it fresh fish ok but the quality. Quality matters more the freshness. We don't use breeding fishes. Many people know, the fished from Toscana sea to the Sicilia sea, is the best in the world for its very special taste, and we are satisfied to use it for our traditional dishes made by the woman cook Maria Di Scala from 45 years, and in the same time we realize cretive dishes with mediterraneos tradtion, without using cream, but only unusual products, as fish and fruit or meat and fish, wich until now they got special succes. A special dish is the water melon with ricciola fish served with right prepared with ability, i assure you a satisfation without precedent with reference to gustative and olfactory memories. |
